How billing works
What counts as one abstract?
A successfully processed lease package counts as one abstract. Submit the original lease and amendments together. Adding documents later or requesting fresh analysis counts as a new abstract; system failure retries are free. Viewing, editing, and exporting existing results use no credits.
What does the free trial include?
30 days, 5 abstracts shared across your organization, and 2 named users. No card is required. Paid packages include one user; buy an extra seat or deactivate a teammate when converting.
Do unused abstracts roll over?
Monthly allowances expire at renewal. Purchased packs remain separate and expire 12 months after purchase. An active paid subscription is required to use purchased credits.
How do upgrades and cancellations work?
Package upgrades charge the full package-price difference and add the allowance difference for the remaining billing period. Your renewal date stays the same. Downgrades and seat reductions take effect at renewal. Cancel anytime to stop renewal; access continues through your paid period.
Are there package and chat limits?
A package supports up to 20 files, 100 MB total, 500 pages, and 500,000 extracted characters. Chat does not spend abstract credits and has per-request operating limits; unlimited chat is not promised.
All prices are in USD, before applicable taxes. Additional seats do not add abstracts. Annual billing and automatic pack purchases are not offered.
